Destiny is a shit game.
Here's why:
1) no story
2) PvP sucks for most people
3) Shitty loot drops mostly
4) You gotta grind 24/7
5) you're pretty much forced to buy the dlcs to continue playing/enjoying the game
6) other games are so much better
7) the community (desticle) are 12 year olds who think they're the shit and have a potty mouth
8) ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
9) No match making for certain things
10) even thou its fun halo is better
Edit: So after a bunch of 12 yr old insults some people had only 1 valid point, if its shit why play it? It has its moments, it can be fun but it's no where near to what we thought it was going to be and you can't deny that. I play it also in hopes bungie makes it better and closer to what we expected but so far its just forced dlc. Also to the ones thinking I'm a cod fanboy I'm not I play battlefield, GTA 5, dragon age inquisition etc more than cod/destiny.
Edit 2: look at all the desticles trying to defend their perfect game its to funny!

I don't think those are the real reasons it is bad. I have put in over 100 hours and yeah I've tried grinding and everything so I feel I'm in a good position. Destiny is only fun if you have 6 friends who also play destiny to your level. I do not which means I have to find either chests on my own do bounties on my own I cannot match make in prison of elders and cannot hope to do any of the raids that guarantee decent gear at the end. What is also a shame is how unstable the networking for the game is. I have failed to pick up ether chests because I get black screen then re enter the game as if I'd died meaning I cannot hope to get my reward after fighting for a bounty. I also spawn miles away meaning I cannot get to the chest in time. I am kicked to the menu periodically and I cannot play the crucible because all the people are using the same weapon that they love that needs rebalancing but the entire community bitches before bungie even hint about balancing. (Also note for the record: shut destiny community there is no such thing as nerfing. There is only balancing. It's only nerfing when it effects a weapon you happen to like. So -blam!- gjallahorn! It was op as shit anyway and I do not want that ugly ass weapon on my back). I don't think all these issues are entirely bungies fault. However what makes the game bad is the visual lack of effort (I say visual as I do not know as I am not an insider) to fix any of the issues I read and hear about on these games. This is the company that basically invented matchmaking playlists. It's a shame they're all too willing to shrug it off.

Actually, Destiny is pretty shitty. PVP is a joke and here is why... The lag is terrible, matchmaking is pretty much pointless. I was on a team of two for the better point of 5 minutes. Some players have red lag bars and there have been too many times to count where you unload countless clip after clip on a player while they run by and are only stopped by a wall. I too have hopes of Destiny getting better, but after months of playing the same raid/strikes, and PVP maps all hope is lost. I often think Destiny has become the son of a bastard child no actual developer wants to touch. Each time a patch comes out the game gets progressively worse. Don't even get me started on why after 9 months exotic drops for the weapons you really want i.e. Monte Carlo, Hawkmoon, and Thunderlord are impossible to get. (Yes I have a PS4 re. The first two). Whatever fun I had has greatly depreciated I am pretty much the last out of 70 ps4 friends who still play the game in hopes of getting one of the above mentioned exotics. But alas, even I have my limits. Farewell Bungie. You gave us such great games once. But I fear you have let down the gaming community with your bastard child. Is it too late to get the original lead writer back so you can give us the game that was promised? If you save face now, maybe you can re-gain some of your fan base. I kick myself for buying your DLC and for the most part I really feel cheated.

I enjoy the game and I've played many others that were fun for a time, then they got boring or just aged to the point of being useless to play anymore. Here is what I've never done and will never do. I will never get on said game forum and make a list of reasons why I dislike the game then say I still play the game, I'll simply stop playing and move on. I'm an adult and I make my own decisions so there's no need to make a stupid little list for others to read and respond to. You know there are a ton of people that like the game so when you get on the game forum to basically bash the game or make little personal reasons why you dislike the game you really sound like a little attention whore or a little pissed off kid looking for validation for quitting the game. A real adult would never do what you just did because its just silly and pretty stupid. If this was your goal then you succeeded greatly. You see in the real world its pretty simple, you don't like something, then you just stay away from it. When you do what you just did and continue to play the game you sound like a complete hypocritical moron.

I do agrees on some points though it does suit a dlc process I do not appreciate paying to unlock content already included on disc, loot is luck, the game isn't cod or battlefield with guaranteed unlocks and that's fine I appreciate what I earn by luck, the story is there and the fluff in the grimoire is amazing but does feel unfinished as a part one or prelude to the next part, I loathe that I cannot access grimoire in game?!?!?! But I will still play and still support in hope they realise the duck up and enhance the comming dlcs and Destiny 3 but either way getting dying light and the division when they both launch ,

I can't disagree that the some aspects of the game are crap and its nothing compared to what we were showed when they first announced the game. But in spite of all of its shortcomings It is still my go to game on my days off, only time I don't play this is when I get a new game and I play the crap out of that for 2-3 days and then I come back to play destiny and it again becomes my free time waster.
