Just curious everyone's thoughts on this. Most of the perks on scout rifle's sold at any vendor in the tower seem to be a little lackluster to me after receiving my most recent legendary scout rifle drop. I received (in my opinion) the tri-fecta of the scout rifle perks on my "another NITC" It came standard with the firefly, explosive rounds, and the outlaw perk. Firefly- precision kills cause targets to explode. Explosive rounds - all bullets deal partial damage as splash damage. Outlaw- precision kills increase reload speed. So for every lethal headshot I receive two explosions and my reload speed is cut to less then a second. This gun is freaking amazing and justifies replacing my exotic primaries. This gun is essentially a fatebringer in scout rifle form! Let me know your favorite and/or desired perks for your favorite weapon types.
