Thorn giving players false hope
Ok, you people are clearly just reading the first two sentences and running to the comments spewing your anti-nerf ignorance. I'll put it as simple as I can.
Thorn: 2 hit headshot, 3 hit body shot, every time. No special ability to activate.
Every other hand cannon: 3 hit headshot, 4-5 hit body shot.
Some hand cannons have abilities that allow them to bonus damage, but they are random/have to be activated by performing an action. Hawkmoon for example, can be a 2 hit headshot kill. For this to happen you must hit two headshots in a row and hope that one of them is a higher damage bullet. Very unreliable.
If you got this far, I applaud you for actually reading a forum post for once.

This video clearly shows multiple enemies getting hit twice RAPIDLY in the head with thorn, and guess what? They die. I don't know why you people think you have to wait between shots.

Thorn can also be a two BODY SHOT kill if you let the DoT play out before getting the second hit. But this ability is seldom useful.

Thorn is that powerful ? I use mine to kill atheon in raids. Now I will use it in pvp thanks for the info.

Its an exotic its supposed to be better than other hand cannons. Thorn does greater damage and last word has higher rate of fire. Whats the problem theres a reason you can only have 1 exotic weapon equipped at a time, there good!

No land beyond destroys it ;) Partly joking aside (I love using my no land beyond against hc's) red death is a huge counter as it heals you through the damage over time.

Cod cry babies kill me on this forum. Further more, no private match making, no actual tournys, no real competition. AW and Bf4 lobbys are still poppin like I said before, great place for vanilla damage reskinned weapons, go have nerf discussions with those guys. Furhermore, furthermore the Vex never needed a nerf, if you used anything else against it and won that would give a sense of accomplishment, it's been nerfed to shit and people STILL complain. -blam!-in ridiculous. EDIT: Also thorn is not OP, plenty of people can beat them out using galahads and the like in regular crucible. Either you can aim or you cant. EOD.
