I posted this in another thread, but I feel we would see more diversity if these changes were made to exotics. Feel free to leave your own suggestions.
Ballerhorn
Remove initial tracking and only leave cluster tracking.
Truth
Is fine, possibly make the impact explosion damage a bit higher.
Dragons breath
Make flare into Voidbolt style orbs that branch to close targets for massive damage or make flare huge
Super good advice
make shots deal 15 percent damage as explosive rounds. Not as strong as explosive rounds on other guns. Keep the super good advice perk the same otherwise.
Thunderlord
Make the hidden explosion effect happen on all kills instead of some
Heavy exotics all good then...
Other good fixes include
Suros
Remove focus fire, and drop glass half full. Give it life support, but keep the suros heal perk with it as a separate perk.
Red death
Raise the magazine limit to adjust for the recent change to impact
Hawkmoon
Make it so the lucky rounds cannot stack on one or two bullets. The description makes it sound like 3 separate shots. Make it match the description.
Vex
Raise impact, slightly lower fire rate, add a slight charge delay to the initial fire. Maybe a .25 second charge. The fire rate and impact change would help with ammo issues a ton.
Hardlight
make bullets [b]slightly[/b] curve towards target like heat seeking munitions. Remove current hard light perk.
The fourth horseman
Make it fire slugs that deal half health damage. Increase the range significantly. Would make it good but require aim.
Bad juju
Give one more burst to the current mag size
Monte
Make the melee replenish effect less, add grenade replenish to it. Make chance proc refresh both but make it more rare
Patients and time
Make invisible effect happen faster
Mida
Make it the impact and fire rate of vision of confluence, leave all the rest
Invective
Add a burn damage over time effect to it. Would not effect pvp, but would make it good for pve
Universal remote
Make it a normal shotgun with hip fire. The when ads make it do half life worth of damage, but be able to hit out in mid range. This is not anymore Op than fusion rifles, and would make it usefull in pve.
Thorn
Fine - maybe decrease poison damage by a quarter but make each shot refresh (not stack) the dot.
Plan c
Fine but legendary fusions need a stability Nerf in pvp Imo. This would make it harder to land enough of the spread to one shot at long range
No land beyond
Make the bolt action animation for looks only and make it be able to be canceled to keep shooting. Boost ammo pickup amount and increase reserve ammo.
Pocket infinity
Remove enhanced mag. Make Mag size 9 by default, and make it fire 3 round burst requiring charge for each burst. Add accelerated coil perk to "slighlty" reduce charge time in the slot were enhanced was.
