Duh, that's just obvious. People say it's their genetics or whatever horseshit they can pull out of their ass but at the end of the day they aren't trying to help themselves. They just keep on eating their damn McDonalds or whatever fatasses these days eat. It's as simple as going on a light jog and keep your eating in moderation to keep fit.
