Husk of the Pit Impossible
I just spent the past hour and a half farming in the Fist of Crota mission and I did not get any Husk of the Pit. Fix your Drop Rates Bungie!

Hour and a half? Stop complaining. It took me well over 150 runs to get mine to drop.

Gotten husk of the pit 7 times just by doing patrols, never farmed the fist of Crota mission. Interestingly the last 3 I got all dropped within 24hrs of me getting a crux of Crota.

I got my first 3 Husks all within 30 minutes of each other. I get probably one a week now. Couldn't care less...have dismantled a lot.

I've gotten one a long time ago. Never seen one since. I don't know how some people are getting three or more, but -blam!- it. I gots mines.

I was so lucky, I got given one in my second match on crucible!

I've gotten three one of which I upgraded. Got all three at the Skywatch on Earth. Keep farming. You'll get one.

I got two over by the drop ship in the cosmodrome mid way through the crota mission. It's like a level 7 major. It's not a sword bearer tho.

Took me almost 2 weeks to get. I was doing a bounty in Skywatch and it dropped from one of the Blades that come out of the cave. I personally think that is the best spot in the game.

A friend spent hours farming for it and didn't get it. I said I wasn't going to worry about it just yet and I got it after 5 min of being on the cosmodrone. I have had 6 drop already.

1 ReplyThe secret to getting Husk: stop thinking about it. Seriously, just do the Eris bounties involving Blades every day. On all your characters. You'll have two or three before you know it. The Law of RNG: You will only receive what you want when you stop aiming to get that specific thing.

Get better at running around on Skywatch. Then always drop for me there.

Just camp at the skywatch near that hive feeder and kill every hive you see, especially the majors with swords.

Go to the Divide area in the Cosmodrome on Earth. Hang out do some public events run some patroles and wait for the Blades of Crota. I have had 3 drop for me in the past month and all of them were in that area.

shitty to hear! You'll get it, I've gotten 5 now, so just be patient. Try to get the Blades that aren''t on Fist of Crota, I found 3 husks in the first area in the patrol on earth
