Even though I don't have suros or thorn. I have seen friends with them and I'd say that suros and vex are tied for 1st. I really like vex for PvP but I know suros is very good in it too. As for PvP I would assume the vex is ever so slightly better. But I haven't used it enough to really know. TL;DR Vex tied with suros

I love thorn tears through enemies in PvE like no bodies business, it's also really good for bosses.
