I ran the first Thorn bounty and have watched Bungie's nerf+bump cycle. It's better now, much better. I still haven't leveled it up to 331 because so many other weapons do more for me. I haven't used this in PvP, so reserve final judgement. The poison is limited and needs to stack to be effective. It's only as strong as the last bullet, and this is pathetic against bosses. Still find it underwhelming in light of the absurd bounty hurdles to get it.
