Question about PvP weapon perks
So I have a shotgun that has the perk where when you get a kill the damage increases briefly. Does this perk have any effect in regular Crucible or just Iron Banner? I know the power of weapons are even during regular Crucible, but just wondering if the perks have an actual effect.

Crowd Control perk? Yeah, it works. The window where you actually get the extra damage is pretty small though. It only lasts for like a few seconds after the first kill.

Im guessing it has a short duration, like my LMG has "quick reload after kill" it last for 2-3 seconds. I thunk their must be some type of dmg boost. Titans have a boost via weapons of light plus many guns have "bottom half of clip does extra damage" Unless none of those things actually work lol

As soon as you unlock it, you should have it for all game play
