Thanos... needs to be more evil. For the big bad of the biggest film franchise of the moment (and, monetarily speaking, of all time), he's hardly an icon yet. Hell, I bet Ultron's more famous as of dat trailer. Probably gonna change come the Infinity Wars, though. Hopefully, they elaborate on his infatuation with Death. Although seeing death incarnate seems a bit absurd, even for a Marvel film. Talking tree and gun-toting raccoon can be explained away by science... will they do that with her?

I see what you're saying. The movies so far haven't really built him up or given a sense of menace. He's a bit like Blofeld to the Avenger's Bond at the moment. Needs to take more of a direct role.
