Yeah... honestly, the best two LMGs you can get your hands on (PvP and PvE viable) are Corrective Measure and Jolder's Hammer.
Legendaries are better than exotics.

I've seen J's Hammer WRECK. I don't doubt at all that's it's probably one of the top 5 best machine guns

Yeah I've been using a Solar JHammer since the first Iron Banner, it may not shoot fast but it's accuracy and damage is insane, I can 2-shot someone in PvP.
