What is the best shotgun for crucible?
Love me some shotty. What do you prefer. I use the New Monarchys' Judgement mostly. Just got I protest which is dlc and looks like a monster. Also have invective which seems to work better for others than myself. What do you use for cqb?

Judgement rocks, I protest sucks and felwinters wins hands down... Too bad I don't iron banner.

Found verdict with ease it has monsterous mag fire rate and range on could argue IB it' doesn't perform as well but eh you can still put so many people down cause of the full auto perk

Almost any shot gun that has shot package perk works great. Go to the vanguard quarter master and buy secect handshake. It has hammer forged and shot package. It's not the iron banner sniper /shotgun but it does a great job. Then maybe get a lucky roll on one down the line

Felwinters isn't even a shotgun, it's a sniper. That being said a judgement iv with hammer forged and shot package is nasty.

Felwinters Lie, but my friend got a beast dead orbit shotgun(secret handshake?) With final round,hammer forged and shot package. . . Its insane

3 RepliesFelwinter's Lie is so good I actually dismantled a good part of my collection when I bought 5 of them. Swordbreaker and Found Verdict are both excellent weapons. I find for most others, I need the right combo of perks to really enjoy. I like rangefinder better than shot package and wasn't able to get both on a gun back when that was possible. Universal Remote rules but mostly cause you can have a shotty in your primary. (Dual shotguns is so much fun now with the PvE buff!!!)
