Restart your ps4 until you turn it on and see a # by friends online ( I usually have about 12 online) don't waist time trying to connect to destiny until you can see your friends list show someone is online. When you get to that point go into destiny and try to log in. It may take a few attempts. If you can't get in at that point reset the console again and repeat. It worked for me multiple times.
