Yeah it would make the world feel more alive. It is a big thing to implement but do what Square Enix did add a little bit at a time. I seriously doubt Bungie will do this since this requires time effort and resources and as that costs money, and since destiny isn't a subscription based game to pay for that cost I doubt it will happen.
