What's the point of Vault of Glass now?
This is a serious question. Outside of the Vex Mythoclast, I can't see a reason to waste time in there. Ascendant materials are not that much useful anymore, raid armour and weapons are outclassed by vanguard & faction gear, I fail to see a very good reason to do it. Maybe just for fun but then it's a chore to find 5 other players who want to go for it just for fun when they could be doing other things.

Vex is the reason why I am playing. Others, like my friend, are shard starved. They don't have enough to get to 31 to do the new raid (with more ease, I know you can do it at 30 just fine) to get new mats and gear
