I think it would be cool to have you own social areas...like you ship. You could personalize the interior with war trophies from strikes and raids. Am I the only one?

All these cool things, all this stuff bungie doesnt give a shit about
-
What I expect from the next dlc More complaints/glitches and a few new errors to kick me back to the character screen. .... and a big captain in a raid lol
-
Lol, no way should level cap gear be outside the raid. Never.
-
Missed sleep. Gained weight from no exercise. Use of sick days from work. More Stink Eye looks from your Wife/GF late at night.
-
More story missions would be great, but we could get 100 of them, and if they didn't change the way this game plays and delivers the story, what's the point? More Strikes would be cool, but still need more variants. Bosses are all just bigger enemies of the same model with more health. 1 raid? Only 1? I think 2 at least would be great. The first would get you up a couple levels to prepare for the second, but each had their own specific badass drops, like VM from VoG.

They can do so much so easily it's not even funny. It would not be hard to create hundred of new shaders, guns, armors, missions, bounties, characters, an extra class, new sub classes, seriously everything. I think about PC games and all the modding amateur programmers do for FREE! Completely new games sometimes. We need to demand more for our money, I didn't complain much about the dark below but they better do more with house of wolves, its easy they aren't recreating a game they are just adding and modding items and other game elements to expand the story and gameplay. If they can't figure it out they need to go to the PC modding community and hire some amateur coders!

New planet, too.
-
bump.. thats an xpac
-
If there's no new area to explore that's at least the size of the moon it will be pretty tough to keep this game going.
-
I expect them to not call it an expansion if it does not expand the game universe... No new areas were introduced except the raid... Its all the same stuff with a couple closets added.

Expectations: 4-6 Story missions, 1-2 Strikes, 1 Raid, 3 Crucible maps Desires: 6+ Story missions, 2-3 Strikes, 1 Raid, 3+ Crucible maps I really just want a little bit more then what this DLC provided. And I wouldn't mind if the vendor guns don't get an improvement. I like the idea of level 33 guns being the top, for now, so that the new raid gun are the 'best', as it should be. We really need improvements by the House of Wolves separate from the content increase: larger storage, storage from ship, some new way to get Ascen. materials and glimmer, a social area, and weekly/nightfall matchmaking. The same way we got a bounty increase, destination material purchases, and a new way to upgrade exotics (which is my favorite improvement) before/with the Dark Below.

Edited by Flywheel: 12/22/2014 4:37:33 PM10 story 3 strikes 2 raids 2 crucible maps 2 new zones to explore 1 new hub: The Reef Various new gear Grimoire access in-game Add dialogue from vendors explaining: * The Traveler * Ghosts * Light * How our ships work * How our weapons work * Why we can summon our Sparrows out of thin air * What an Ahamkara is * Who various famous Guardians were Do not reset the entire game 2 levels higher, rendering all pre-DLC legendary armor utterly obsolete and making us shard items into which we poured time and resources. Leave challenge levels alone or provide a way to progress old legendaries. New content should add to, NOT REPLACE existing content. Do not add new currencies blocking the way to items for which we were saving up. Do not lock progression of our exotics behind RNG on a weekend-only vendor with a perk reset. Create a list of the 5 best things you (Bungie) think are a great idea, then burn that list and promise to never do those things.

It will come out that the Fallen are a noble and good species, meaning that we have committed a systematic genocide on an interplanetary scale. The whole DLC will be about our criminal trial.
-
All that for 20 bucks? Uhmm...Nope!
-
I'm pretty sure for what we paid for the DLCs, all we are getting is new shitty weapons and levelling will take longer ... Oh wait I just described The Dark Below.
-
Judging by the Dark Below, I'm expecting everything the Dark Below did, but worse.
-
What I expect and what I will be happy for $20: A new raid.

Edited by VyersReaver: 12/22/2014 2:32:42 PMMost likely: 2 story missions 1 ungodly hard strike (2nd on PS4 that everyone on the playlist will just depart from) 1 20-minute one area raid 2 new sets of armor (one vendor 33 level to ensure your raid armor becomes 100% obsolete, one raid 34 level) Exotic reset costs 25000 glimmer, 2 shards and will add 1 attack/light. Experience reset, ofc. But now it will be 50% longer to level them. 2 PvP maps locked until month has passed from release. 1 new exotic weapon, 1 PS exclusive exotic weapon that is worse than a legendary.
-
What we might get 4 Story Missions 1 Strike (2 if PS4) 1 Raid 3 PVP Maps New level and Gear (Like 5 new weapons but they have higher stats so you have to reset your exotics again) A list of Chores, I mean, Bounties\ How many of you feel like Destiny is the laziest game ever? Lack of story, content. Sometimes I wonder why the hell my Guardian even bothers protecting that universe... It's like after doing the most heroic shit, you're just a common Joe.

What would make this a good DLC would be if Bungie gave a crap and actually tried
-
I appreciate your optimism but you have to base your expectations on Bungies track record. So please do yourself a favour and set to EXTREMELY LOW. It's likely that this dlc was was already prepared well before launch and was likely meant to be included at launch at some point. Bungie will have been given a budget to make small tweaks to the dlc to make some improvements but don't expect much more in terms of content than what was delivered in The Dark Below. Personally I've cut my losses (damn you expansion pass!) and quit playing one week after TDB was released. Besides the lack of content and endless repitition, the recent loot and progression changes have just ruined the game for me. At the very least they killed my motivation to play. While I'm hoping for changes and additions to the game that would draw me back, sadly I'm no longer holding my breath
-
They should also make half of everything a PS exclusive.
-
I want a new area to explore and lots more story missions
-
better have Randal the Vandal as vender.....
-
If they do this I'm down to pay more then 20 euro's
