The fact that yall would spend 45 minutes trying to "glitch" crota onto one knee, when it takes ONE CLEAN RUN of 3 sword rotations (6 minutes) to kill him is mind boggling to me.
This isn't a thread about how cheesing sucks. It's just obvious in this raid that the "cheese" is not as efficient as doing it the way it was meant to be done. I get it. Atheon push was fast loot. but you're embarrassing yourself by not learning the simplest of mechanics that make this game challenging and interesting.
I'm glad I have my own group that learned how to do this shît because almost every time I try to play with forum fegs it ends up being a tedious shítfest of explaining how to kill a swordbearer without dying. How to negate oversoul. How to wait out Crota rotation. When to DPS his shield. Where to go for ogres. Etc etc. I appreciated the struggle it was to learn this raid. I appreciated the fire it lit within me to want to LEARN how to smash crota into the ground. Because to me, that was the point of buying the "Expansion". To regain some interest in one of the coolest video games to be released in the last 5 years.
I have met some badas$ players and still raid with them weekly, but It's like most of you kids don't even want to learn how to play Destiny's content. You just expect to be carried through everything.
With this being said, take the time to learn the fight. You'll be rewarded with faster clear times, cleaner kills, and less struggle. Not only that, but you won't be left in the cold when your exploits get patched, and you'll become a better Destiny player in general.
Goodnight guardians. God speed against Crota.

Sorry but Bungie is the only party who can fix this. As soon as they will decide to patch the glitches, people will have to learn it, and then it won't be as hard to find a fireteam who can do it. I speak as someone who's done it legit twice and cheesed once. I enjoy the legit way more, and I can't wait till we are forced into it. But now, it's nearly impossible to get everybody to commit to it without feeling like you're the dick of the party not letting people get their loot. Bungie's problem to fix, just being realistic. Giving people a crutch discourages them from maxing their gear and learning the mechanics, and I don't want to be the person motivating them like I'm their mom or something.
