I'm just wondering what everyone is running for these game types. For PvE (raids) I typically use HoPF, mainly for the + heavy weapon ammo and because VW is sub par compared to SS (fireborn is a necessity in my opinion). I'm considering the CoA for the extra flame shield, but I'll be losing the heavy weapon ammo perk (btw does anybody know if this perk stacks with the +heavy weapon ammo perk on the VoG raid boots?)
PvP I always use VV. Spawning with full grenade energy is just too valuable to give up. It works well with both VW and SS.

Obsidian Mind. Extremely useful in every aspect. The only time I change it up is during raids or nightfalls, and that's only in particular areas. Use Obsidian to get super, switch to Light Beyond, resurrect when needed, repeat. As for PvP, I don't enjoy it and don't play it, so sorry but no opinion there. I'm sure Obsidian Mind would be great though.

Heavy ammo doesn't stack. I have both and I always run hopf. The double flame shield is nice but you often end up using up both charges trying to kill one higher level enemy and then we'll your back to nothing. Also hopf helps out with discipline which is a must for warlocks who use fusion grenades.

a good player should be able to use any primary and heavy in both. shotgun for PvP, Sniper for PvE.
-
Thorn and Voidfang for Crucible Ice Breaker/ GHorn and HoPF for PVE

Just got Obsidian Mind thus weekend. My usual gun is the Mida. I just upgraded to the newer version and am working to get all the perks active.
-
Thorn. VV. machine gun even if Sunprancing. Sometimes a PvP perked devil you don't and plan c if I want to chase a little strange.
-
I am mainly a PVE guy but I use the MIDA Multi-Tool in both.
-
Mythoclast
-
I just use the Bad Juju for weapon and the Skull of Dire Ahamkara for helm.

For PVE I can easily say with very little difficulty that I have fallen absolutely in love with the Obsidian Mind since I got it; there's little more fun than clearing an entire room and then seeing "SUPER CHARGED" pop up for your efforts. That said it sort of inspires a different play style for using Nova Bomb, rather than waiting for a tough fight or a heavy enemy and eradicating them with your nuclear light, you'll often find yourself more interested in taking out that large group of enemies you'd just as easily one shot all of in seconds with your weapon of choice. All that on top of having no real benefits for Sunsinger aside from the passive increased super energy from enemy kills and the +36 light it all boils down to preference and play style. PVP the majority of my time I ran Voidfang simply because I needed them to raise me to a level 29 at the time, and never really noticed the buff since I hardly rely on my grenades. Personally for PVP I don't feel like your exotic armor matters very much in the slightest, nor even your weapon. I've done decently as a level 1 Titan with no skills and a Khovostov so in the end "what's best" doesn't really matter, as any little boost you get is just that, a little boost. None of this applies to Iron Banner of course. Tl;dr: use what suits the way you play best. Melee a lot? Probably the Claws. Grenade a lot? Voidfang for sure. Or if you just want to vaporize every last Dreg and Thrall you see with a ball of inter-dimensional plasma, probably Obsidian Mind. It's all up to you on how you want to play the game.

I'm going to use claws of ahamkara for pvp once I max it out. And obsidian mind for pve. With obsidian on i'm 31.
