I PvP as a Warlock and a Titan. Warlock melee is easily better than Shoulder Charge. Shoulder Charge only looks great usually when you see it you are on the receiving end dying to it. You don't see the many times you die because of it. As for Warlock melee, just combo it with a shotgun for a guaranteed kill.
