My first time in the raid I got some cool raid gear. So I looked at the materials that it needed and I saw radiant shards. I didn't know what they where do I went on YouTube to find out how to get them. And the only way to get them is to open the raid chests or dismantle raid gear. So I went to the first raid chest in the raid hoping I would get them but it turns out I got nothing at all so I tryed again and again and I got nothing. Literarily. I went on the Internet to find out if anyone had the same problem I have. But no one dose. I am hoping that someone can see this and tell me how to fix it or tell me the problem.
