Guess who else does this, every time they release an expansion, major content patch, or dlc?
Everyone. Everyone does this. It's nothing new, and their EULA looks identical, vice the name of the parties involved, to every other EULA I've read.
Also Bungie didn't write this. Activision did.

But it wasn't in the original eula, which is implemented right after purchase. That's where they messed up, and even if EULA's held up in court (which they don't hardly ever) then People who agreed to original terms and not these have legal recourse.
