Normally I just hit agree just like iTunes updates, this is the first time I have read the whole damn thing. Seems like a backup plan for all those who are trying to get a refund.

I bet its like every online game ever lol. The angry mob mentality has real got a hold of this mere videogame. Ya it was hyped, ya its not perfect and even has some down right fails but there have been hundreds b4 it (Too Human anyone?) . This game simply has a forum to muster up mass hysteria by anyone with a smart phone or computer.

They saw the rising (legitimate) claims to want to sue.. it would be a legit suit.. but you'd have to have deep pockets to combat Bungivision and their league of lawyers.

Hit the nail on the head they know they have dropped the ball on this one and are desperately trying to cover themselves from any future complaints or even legal action. School boy error really 'Activision' freaky do know better and they should realise that fans don't mind the odd shafting but thy won't stand for it when they go this far and hold back game content to release it as a DLC. You can tell this through the lack of trophies with the dlc. Well I'm done with destiny
