Super Good Advice should talk.
The lore behind smart weapons such as SGA say that they would develop their own personalities. Whats the point of making the exotic bounty for SGA seem like its talking to you if it doesn't put out a snappy comment every time I blow of a Dreg's head with it? Bungie, please make SGA talk in-game. That would make it one of the coolest exotics in the game.

Also, it should laugh at kills and that laugh should escalate towards hilarity for each additional multikill (PvE included). Also, it should mock what my opponents are wearing and mock game design elements occasionally. Basically, the gun should be Deadpool. Edit: Oh, and everyone should be able to hear it. Especially in Crucible.
