Are Commendations Guaranteed For Leveling? How Many?
Not a whole lot of clarity here. Do you get a commendation for leveling, guaranteed? And how many? Just one? Or is the number of them RNG? Or is getting one to begin with RNG? The latter is seemingly really unfair to those without reliable raiding groups. Bump if you're as confused as I am.

I got my FWC rep up to ~2450 in preparation for next week, planning on doing the same for my other characters.

i'm going to assume that they will be rng, so many players will be unable to get them, and it will be a bigger grind to get 1

its my understanding that you will get one per legendary mail you open, not sure about faction mail or cryptarch mail. but i would assume factions will give you crucible commendations since they take crucible marks.
