Oh cool man thanks for letting me know! I doubt we will be seeing much of him replying due to all this negative feedback.

If you click on his name and follow the link to his profile page it will have his activity on the right. Truly, for a community manager, even without this many fires to put out, there just isn't much listed. He has nice gear, though. And, no, I doubt he will be replying much. Who would in his position? Community manager for a broken game and all.
