Xur ain't bringin the horn back people he gave everyone a chance the 2nd week of the game and the smart one like I saw the stats and said yup can't pass that up so guess what I have one have had it since 2nd week of game if xur brings it again the raids would be pointless cuz everyone in the game will have it so stop crying and whining cuz your only gonna get it from rng drop and that's if your lucky
