I have lots of nieces and nephews about your age I play games with. They can be a lot of fun too! A few of pieces of advice for you if you don't want hostility while you're playing. 1.) Don't talk too much. It is a tendency of younger people to be egocentric and think what they have to say is extremely important. Most of the time it is not. 2.) Try to keep your conversation focused on the task at hand. My biggest peeve with playing with kids in Destiny is when they start talking about school or their character's armor or their favorite weapon or their.... (you get the picture). It's impossible to concentrate and communicate with your teammates when someone is spewing stupid. 3.) Finally, have enough time to play. At least 3 times in the middle of a raid I've heard "time for dinner". If this describes you, you're leaving your team high and dry. Most people won't have a problem playing with a kid, as long as your a cool kid. Shoot, a bunch of the community have kids of their own. The guys sound like a-holes, don't let it get under your skin.
