I'm very sorry about the repeated errors you are seeing. Bungie is actively investigating reports like yours and I can recommend a few things. First, consider disabling port forwarding and instead consider UPnP. Port forwarding is a very delicate procedure that, in many cases, makes things worse. Further, it is specifically for BEAVER/FLATWORM/LEOPARD errors and can make things worse in other situations.

Just to say, I bought a new router last weekend and haven't been disconnected since. If you guys can use my router in any way for testing, let me know and I'll send it your way. I think the errors may have something to do with the Atheros SoC used in the WRT120N and missed beacon signals.
