Whats a Praetorian Foil, Universal Remote and a Plan C? I got the rest but never heard of those particular ones..

Praetorian Foil is the hard raid fusion rifle, Universal Remote is a primary slot shotgun, and the Plan C is arguably the best fusion rifle in the game.
