I feel like nothing trumps self-res for PvE, and that's what I spend 80%+ of my time doing. Anyone want to sound off?

Edited by Getya: 11/19/2014 10:42:19 PMHad two hunters and a lock, deleted main hunter (preferred exo over awoken) after hitting 30 and rolled titan. I still just love hunter (fits my playstyle), but have a 30 lock and 29 titan. It's fun to mix up play sometimes, and new updates will bring changes to them (buffs/nerfs/new subclass/etc). Lock is very relaxing for farming. I'm glad I have all 3 even if my titan gets no love. Hope that helps. For pve, i prefer invis to self rez. I don't need rez if i don't die...

3 Repliesonly if you suck so bad that you NEED self-res, if you are any good at all you will keep 3 diff chars
-
Depends on preference. I have 1 of each, but I might delete my warlock cause I don't really like it and make another Hunter for extra gear
-
Had one of each, but deleted my 30 hunter and made another warlock to get double the chances at armor and now I have all 4 at 30, 30 titan, 30 warlock, 30 warlock, armor for 30 hunter in vault. Loved the warlock so much can't bring myself to delete him and make hunter again.
-
2 RepliesHow about you stop dying all the time & you wouldn't need self-res.
-
2 Replieslol if you spend 80% of your time self rezzing then yea stick with warlock, becuase without self rez you are prob terrible at staying alive. god forbid you do the hard raid and not die 30 times... but hey you can self rez so -blam!- it.
-
2 warlocks and your second favorite class or 1 of each
-
1 ReplyI have one of each all at 30. If you like one then why bother making 3? Just run the one you want to.
-
I deleted my lock and titan for 3 almost level 30 hunters, I'd say it's worth it
-
Never understood the point of having 3 of the same class. Sure it gives you better chances at raid armor for that class, but I like to have some variety.
-
Once your character hits 30, what's the point of having 3 of the same? It's not like you can earn class specific stuff that you don't already have. Three different characters
-
2 RepliesI currently have 1 of each 30 warlock 28 Titan 27 hunter I'm not keen on the hunter class so I might delete it after I complete some grimour for that class. Then I'll proly create another warlock since I have enough alt gear to make it 30 once I hit 20.
-
If they are all high level I would keep them. We don't know what new subclasses might look like or what class may be helpful in future raids. Plus the the additional variety of game play.
-
Make multiple level one then make multiple of another
-
I roll with 2 warlocks and a hunter. Warlock is my preferred class, so when new raid is out I'll be able to gear up quickly. Hunter for variation.
-
I got 30 with my warlock. Outside of one raid weapon I hardly even have a reason to play that character anymore. I prefer the chase of betterment, not the stagnation of completion with no further quest. That's why I play all three.
-
I want three titans so I know what you're thinking. But I'm going to keep my warlock and have two titans
-
Roll either 2 warlocks and then one of the others.
-
Thinks about deleting Titan... Is NOT worthy.
-
My defender Titan repeatedly saves people's ass. I don't get the point of three of the same character once you hit 30.
-
2 RepliesI've been tempted to make a warlock for that very reason. But I'm a #titanmasterrace guy. I would find out what play style you like and then make at least two of those. But I'm extremely biased to this method as that's what I've done. In fact, don't listen to me or anybody else. Do you.
-
3 RepliesIf your warlock is already lvl 30, no. If he just cannot get gear, delete 1 (keep his armor of course) and make another one to swap gear.
-
2 RepliesSorry I see the point if having multiple of the same class for armor wise In the long run I don't see the point.
-
I have a hunter and warlock, both 30. Ill probably start a titan in the next few days
-
1 ReplyYou'd gear up 20 times faster but it'd be soooooo boring
-
1 ReplyDo whatever you want :p. I don't see the point in having multiples of the same character though.
