So I'm still confused can u purchase a temperance then when it expires buy another one? I though u had to wait till the end of the iron banner to use it for full effect? Is it a one time shot or can u buy more throughout the week?

From the devs during the live stream, you can keep buying it repeatedly everyvtime it runs out. So far no word on potency throughout the week.
