I cannot confirm this but I've been curious about whether it's possible to reach 30 with IB gear or not and this is what I've come across with two sources so far: [b]•The new Iron Banner gear will allow you to reach level 30, with the help of 1 Exotic and 1 Raid piece.[/b] So you still need an exotic and 1 raid piece along with the IB armor filling the other slots to manage 30.
