I use a heavy ammo synth but nothing happens yet it consumes it and goes into cool down. I wasted about 5-6 synths tonight trying different things. Tried restarting my system, tried having the gun equipped, and tried backing out of mission. Nothing worked. Bungie please help. If anyone else is having this issue please feel free to reply or bump so it gets noticed. Thanks.
