No it's pretty simple you can't kill people cos they pissed you off doesn't matter where it is, can't physically harm them either.
Cyclist piss me off I'd love nothing more than to drive my car though a pack of them then reverse back over them but I can't it's murder and wrong

It's not the same kind of life in these low income urban areas

I must admit I haven't watched the video because I'm at work There is only one time when you can shoot someone that's if they are trying to kill you, out side of that is wrong, varying degrees of wrong but still wrong And just thinking your life is in danger isn't enough, so that dumb -blam!- Mexican dude that killed that teen should be in jail
