If you mean playing in certain way like shooting in a room so that the arc burn doesn't kill me then yes. I'm sure mostly everyone else does too, but if you're standing out in the open and not in cover any more than 60% of the time with arc burn on, then you are foolish. But I don't consider this exploiting, it's playing smart.
