Not only do I disagree, I also believe ALL forms of faction rep and currency should be shared amongst your chars. The currency caps also need to be raised(significantly) or eliminated. The vendors also need to accept both forms of marks or a mark exchange needs to be implemented. I would even go so far as to take a full rep reset across the board to have these changes made.
