Nope not an exploit. Working as intended, and if people want as many shots at the raid gear as they can get, more power to them.
If RNG didn't suck so much, people might not bother.

Let's face it, Bungie can and will do whatever they want and make up whatever excuse they want to get it done. If someone at Bungie comes to work one day and decides that this is an exploit, then they'll change it, just because they can. I will say I agree about Strange Coins being bound to the character that gets them. That change probably should be made.

And when they do people will rightfully call shenanigans. In the meantime this is a poll about whether or not it should be allowed, and I agree with the majority of voters that it absolutely should be.
