Just out of curiosity what does it hurt? Obviously the theory is with 3 of the same character you can swap gear and triple your dailies/weeklys. It's just a time saver. Theoretically in time people would have the ability to have 3 separate characters do the same thing. 3 of the same is just a quicker means to an end. I again wonder what does it hurt? I mean does this in some way fundamentally break the game? It's not like 3 characters of the same type are more op that 3 of differing types. I'm sitting on some 40 odd strange coins. If I have 200 or 30 that doesn't change anything to me I have to chose to purchase something from Xur or not. I have in the past. I have also completely ignored him for weeks. I think the main benefit for me is the fact you can do 3 dailies to get ascendant material. I have many many weapons I enjoy. However the ascendant materials are limited. Even while raiding. I find that I haven't changed my armor combination much at all. I'm sitting in quite a few ascendant shards. However I can't get enough energy. So if a person would chose to make 3 titans and swap gear in an effort to chase ascendant energy who does it hurt?
