You guys with multiple characters ever forget which one you're playing when using your super? Many times I think I'm playing my Titan with Fist of Havoc as I jump into a gaggle of enemies from above. But there I am just standing there glowing in the middle of a gang of enemies because I'm actually playing my Bladedancer. By the time it registers in my brain I'm dead.
Or there I am as a Voidwalker wanting to kill a group of players on the far ledge with Nova Bomb but instead activate Fist of Havoc when no one is in the immediate vicinity.
Or I think I'm playing my Bladedancer and activate Arcblade to quickly dispatch the opposing team only to find out I'm really playing my Sunsinger and instead slowly walk toward the group like a glowing target wondering why RB isn't doing anything.
Fun times.

Lol all the time

This hasn't happened to me yet but I have confused which subclass I'm in before.
-
For me it's between bladedancer and gunslinger for hunters since I always switch between the two

I don't really confuse supers, but holy hell does changing jumps send me for a loop. I'm used to my floaty hot air balloon glide with my warlock, even figured out how to bunny hop with it to make up for my build's minimum agility. When I switch over to my titan or my Hunter in training, the change is incredibly jarring for a while, especially the hunter's double jump.

I don't have a problem with supers but I always take some time to adjust to the different jumps and when to use them.

Doesn't really happen with my super, but I can't tell you how many times I have epic fails when trying to jump cause I'm trying to triple jump with a titan or trying to glide with a hunter.
