Help what does this mean on my vault of glass advisors tab?

I have only beat atheon on hard this week and the first box is lit, but they do represent specific things. The first row is normal mode and the second is hard. So you are missing either the oracles before the Templar, the Templar. Gatekeepers before atheon, or atheon for hard mode. So it's not easy to know which one you are missing out on.
