I just maintain 24/7/365 perma-stubble, trim it to 0.5mm every morning. Shape it using a wet razor. My facial hair's jet black so it stands out but looks groomed.
Men should have some facial hair, not saying grow out a full beard but stubble at least.

Mine's the same, so even hours after I shave a fairly visible stubble is there.
