what is a good legendary scout rifle?
Trying to look around and so far the one from the crucible and FWC look good to me.

The Calling pretty cool for a scout rifle... I'd recommend that just for the exploding enemy perk. If you can find it the Raid scout looks the best of them all... Elemental damage and automatic... But you'll prob have to prey to RNGesus for that...

Vision of Confluence is a scoute rifle that just happens to be one of the best weapons in the game! 1. Full auto fire (close to the rate of the Suros Regime) while maintaing scout rifle impact and range. 2. Solar damage on a primary weapon. 3. 27 round clip or perfect balance (I prefer 27 round clip because on full auto, recoil is still low even without perfect balance perk). 4. Added damage to Oricals in VoG 5. Since it is legendary you free up an exotic use for secondary or heavy. Seriously... this gun is amazing.

Vanguard's A1 is pretty damn good, extra satisfying watching enemies explode with the firefly perk.

A good leg scout rifle = All of them. The best scout rifle = Proxima Centauri II with active radar and stability.

Voc for both pvp and pve, requires a more conservative play style in the crucible - not your typical run and gun AR

It's the scout rifle that can't decide if it's a sniper rifle or a handcannon, but does a little of each really well. Works really we'll for clearing out most of the mobs in the Ishtar Sink missions (that first huge open area where the Fallen ketch is moored, with the awesome sniper perches above it). The scope works really well as a spotting scope for sniper rifles, too. Zoom in and acquire the target, switch to sniper rifle and *[b]bang![/b]*

Try and get the vision of Confluence from the raid, otherwise next pick would be the f19 from vanguard
