One word... Dovahkitt. You heard me and I'll say it again. Dovahkitt. What the [insert your choice of interrogative pronoun here] is a Dovahkitt? It's not a what, it's a who. And she (they) need a spotlight in the Destiny hall of fame. I was on a dry spell with my level 28 Titan which had plateaued as I was unable to coordinate a time to run a raid with friends. I was even unable to find any random people willing to help more than 20 minutes before they decided to rage quit. Honestly in 2 weeks of grinding out 999,999 rare engrams, I found 2 legendaries. Like you expected they turned out to be material and a helmet I didn't need. One self-inflicted rocket death from my Heavy truth shy of throwing my new 4k tv and ps4 out the window; I found the end to my dry spell. It came from a faint but inviting voice coming out of my speakers which I came to realize was actually a gamer girl streaming live on twitch. I'm thinking "The ps4 showcases live streams in the menu with version 2.0?! Sweet!" I had to check her out. The title said "Dovahkitt helps her followers beat the raid on destiny" and if you were wondering, yes. This girl is just as cute and as she is deadly with a vex mythoclast. I want to give some MAJOR kudos and love to Dovahkitt and her band of vex slayers for following through on their word and helping a guy like me unlock everything I said in the title by completing a level 30 raid which included the following: Vex Mythoclast exotic weapon Hard Light exotic weapon Atheon's Epilogue legendary weapon Praedyth's Revenge legendary weapon Battle cage of Kabr's (how the [insert one more interrogative pronoun here] do you say Kabr??) Forceful Greaves Legendary Leg Armor (x2) XV0 "Timerbreaker" legendary sparrow 12 Ascendant Shards 7 Ascendant Energy If that doesn't deserve a follow I don't know what does!! So apparently this is what they do. They help people like you and me complete raids and nightfalls we would otherwise be helpless to complete on our own without some miracle "A,B,B,A" cheat code from back in the day that no longer exists. My recommendation to those of you reading this... FOLLOW Dovahkitt on twitch (double tap that heart) and ask her for help. She's on DAILY from 2-whenever she actually falls asleep and I personally watched her crew help dozens of guardians cut through the raid like butter in a short time. Pretty epic!
