I don't think learning the limits of the game world and using them to your advantage is "exploiting" anything. Its called good strategy. Any idiot can run into the middle of a battle and die over and over again until he finally succeeds. If anything, you are exploiting the ability to respawn. If you use good tactics, and are smart about it, you can do it without needing to exploit excessive respawning thing.
