I think it means orbs you picked up, but I don't know. Haven't done any testing.

...it says 'orbs dropped', thus i reckon its the ones you create by using your ability. following this logic, '2 orbs dropped' would mean you've activated your ability twice during the strike just my .02 tho

I honestly forgot what I ended up accepting as what it records. All I know is that it doesn't seem to record all the orbs you drop.
