I was having the same problem. I have just done a system reset and it seems to have done the trick. I have just managed to do the daily and a patrol on the moon. Fingers crossed it stays like this.

Yea I reset mine made it to the end of nightfall then booted. Right before the last rocket was shot. Now get to redo it

Yeah I have managed to get to the end boss on the weekly heroic. Seems all good now.
