Yes, some cosmetic things could be a number of morning stars on your arm for how many thousand fallen killed etc, every 5000 you get a morning star etc, maximum of 3 though! For so many miles covered in the game you get spikes on your boots, for so many VOG on hard mode clears you get different colour flames on your head permanently! For so many melee kills in pvp or pve you get samurai swords on your back! Things like this would be cool
