Expanded patrol idea

Lots of players are griping about how boring patrols and strikes are becoming. I want to suggest the following for making Patrol more engaging: 1. Shrink back the kill volume 2. Use this new area to create a zone similar to dark zones where enemy levels spike to 25+ and players undergo mission modifiers as if they were playing nightfall or the weekly heroic strike 3. Clustered, fast spawning material/chest/enemy spawn points to make this area an ideal place to collect material
