Hand Cannon or Scout Rifle
I love Hand Cannons and Scout Rifles. Sadly RNGsus has not seen fit to bless me with either. But I can buy one from the Vanguard Quartermaster, but I'm having trouble deciding between The Devil You Know hand cannon and the A.1F19X-Ryl scout rifle. Which do you guys suggest?

I like my scout now took a lil while to get used to it as was primarily an AR guy but the Mida Multi-Tool just kicks to much A$$ it's even good for PvP
