Hand Cannon or Scout Rifle
I love Hand Cannons and Scout Rifles. Sadly RNGsus has not seen fit to bless me with either. But I can buy one from the Vanguard Quartermaster, but I'm having trouble deciding between The Devil You Know hand cannon and the A.1F19X-Ryl scout rifle. Which do you guys suggest?

TDYK has a heavy range falloff but still hits hard. The scout rifle after the hotfix is now more accurate than a sniper at any distance you just need to keep upgrading it to get the good scope. Yesterday i was sitting on top of a big rock on mars between the vex and cabal fight popping the heads off vex so they would go terminator on the cabal. priceless! the scout rifle now takes 4 to 5 shots to down the normal minotaur at that range (one damage upgrade) and TDYK cannot reach that far.
